A Full Drill means that the entire area of the canvas area other than the border is filled in with diamond drills. A Partial Drill means that only part of the canvas area gets filled in with diamond drills.
Regular Diamond Drills are made of Resin and Crystal Diamond Drills are Rhinestones.
